Im trying to connect two pcs together but i cant manage to network them.

I think its something got to do with my network card becuase it says 'network cable unplugged.'

can someone please tell me how to fix this problem.

my network card is a Realtek RTL8139/810X Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC and its on board.

If you are not using a hub connect the computers, you can use a CROSSOVER cable. Those have a different configuration than a regular cat5 cable.

Im using a hub to create the network but it still gives me the problems.
