networking question router etc

even with all the security patches installed into a machine etc.....
can thier be security issues on a machine behind the router...
even if all ports are blocked except standard ones

Tt hit it right on the head. We will NEVER be 100% safe from someone invading our PC privacy as long as we connect to the Internet. If someone wants into your system bad enough, they can find a way. It's just a big game of Cat & Mouse. Bad Guys find a breach, Good Guys find a way to plug it. And wireless (Intranet) Networks are susceptible to Crackers, more so than a wired (Intranet) Network.
