Ok, i am using an SMC Barricade 4 port router, connected to a 3Com 4 Port hub, both dual switching, also a Motorola 4100 Cable Modem, every now and then our internet access becomes very very slow like slower than 56k speeds on each of our 4 computers but after turning the router off and turning it back on the speed is fine but later the same thing happens, any suggestions i am lost on what to do. Thanks

Check the interconnect ports make sure they are running at the maximum speed(100Mb full duplex) and double check your clients only run tcp/ip(or unload any protocol if you don't need).
