Just plug the pcs into the router as i am sure you have already, run the 'setup a home office network wizard' on both pcs choosing the option that both pc connect to the internet through a residual gateway and now when you go to my network places on either pc you should see the other pc shared drive there, it can sometimes take a minute or so for them to appear.
As for the printer i will assume it is a usb or parellel port printer, then plug it into one pc and set it up, install drivers etc... then goto control panel/printers right click the printer and choose share, check the share this printer checkbox and give it a share name.
And that's it i think, the other pc will then be connected to the printer also.
