I have several computers connected over a LAN, one of these has a tv tuner card. Is it possible to make this a shared resource, and watch tv on the other computers? I heard something about the software PCAnywhere, has anyone ever tried this approach or know anything about this? Any insight or opinions would be great, thanks.

No. If you run a streaming-media-server and your tv-card has capture possibility you may be able to get something working but you'll have to know what you're doing.
