I have 2 computers, both running Windows XP. I have a wireless router from Belkin, and both of the computers have wireless PCI cards in them. They can both connect to the internet with no difficulty.
I have run the network setup wizard on both of them. I gave them both a name (MAINOFFICE and COMPUTER2) and made them both part of the same workgroup (MSHOME) when I ran the wizard. I ran the wizard on MAINOFFICE first, if that makes any difference.
When I go on COMPUTER2 and click on "View Workgroup Computers" I can see MAINOFFICE and COMPUTER2. I can view the files I am sharing on COMPUTER2. When I click MAINOFFICE, I get an error that says "MAINOFFICE is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The network path was not found. "
Now, when I go to MAINOFFICE, and click on "View Workgroup Computers" - I can only see MAINOFFICE - COMPUTER2 does not show up. I can click on MAINOFFICE and view the files I have made shared, but I cannot get COMPUTER2 to show up. I have tried everything I can think of, but I still cannot "see" COMPUTER2 in the MAINOFFICE machine. How can I fix this?
Any help is greatly welcomed. My business depends on this.

That has to deal with NTFS permissions.
You need to have the same logon name and password on both PCs.

Also. Rerun the network setup wizard on both PC's. And reboot both PC's.
A nice tutorial can be found here.
