Network Wizard - Spooler Subsystem

When using the Network Wizard I encounter an error "Spooler Subsystem App. Error". My system has been working fine until 3 days ago and now I have trouble seeing my workgroup members. I have 5 PCs that all "file and Print" share and this is the only one with the problem. I installed some Windows Critical Updates to all systems. Other folks have reported the same problem. Has anyone out there found the cause?
