My network runs on 10/100MB LAN Cards, which are networked with a HUB
how would i go about upgrading my network to allow speeds of up to 100MB, rather than 10MB

As I understand it your speeds are limited by the slowest link in the chain. What rating is the Hub?

Make sure you have 10/100 cards in your PC's, and I would also upgrade to a network switch as opposed to a hub. Switches are much faster.
Gigabit is of course even faster, but costly.

"Switches are much faster."
wrong, switches are actually slower (latency wise) but they provide detection to packets to see if they're all correct (bad wording).
a switch though does run at 100Mbps and a hub only runs at 10Mbps. so in order to fix your problem, you'll need to buy either a 10/100 hub (i wouldnt), a 10/100 switch (my choice), or a router (too expensive and with higher latency, not needed)
