we have in my office a network of about 300 PC which comminicate with each other. But Suddenlly we have a problem in connecting. the connection is available but it is too slow and we notice there is a big load on the network without Known reason can you help me

Yes, get something on the network to find out what is going on. If it were me, I'd install wireshark and start sniffing packets. Find out what's going on and who's hogging the bandwidth and make them stop.

this could be anything from someone creating a physical loop on the network to virus problems on machines. I would suggest you hire someone in if you don't have an inhouse it department.
