Hi, I have been having a weird problem with my computer lately. My laptop is connected to the Internet through a Linksys PCMCIA wireless card, and a Linksys wireless-g router. There are 3 other computers on the network. Everything works fine until the moment I turn my PlayStation 3 on. Whenever I turn the PlayStation 3 on, the Internet and all networking stops for about 5 seconds, then reconnects. Whenever this happens, I get this Failure Audit in the event log:
IPSec Services: IPSec Services failed to get the complete list of network interfaces on the machine. This can be a potential security hazard to the machine since some of the network interfaces may not get the protection as desired by the applied IPSec filters. Please run IPSec monitor snap-in to further diagnose the problem.
I recently upgraded my Windows Media Player to version 11 to use new DLNA features so I can stream music and videos to the PlayStation 3 over the network. The computer gets disconnected whenever the PS3 is turned on, and whenever I press the Search for Media Servers button on the PS3. This has gotten very frustrating because it takes a long time to get the PS3 to register the computer for streaming media. What is causing the network to reset?

"
IPSec Services failed to get the complete list of network interfaces on the machine. This can be a potential security hazard to the machine since some of the network interfaces may not get the protection as desired by the applied IPSec filters. Please run IPSec monitor snap-in to further diagnose the problem. This message replaces the several IP Helper API messages that were used in Windows 2000. This is a benign error if it occurs when interfaces are added and removed or when connection states change, such as when a wireless network is no longer in range. It is also benign when it occurs during resumption from standby or hibernate modes and a different network interface configuration exists that is being detected during the resumption."

I might disable UPNP and see if it still exists.
I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.

Thanks for the help, I took a look at the link and found some useful information there. I have disabled UPNP on the router and will see if it happens again.
