Ok i have 2 computers. One which has all my files on it, but also has two OS's. When i am using the other computer and another OS is loaded onto the main system those files are lost because that mapped drive is no longer available. What is to be able to Map the drive on both OS's as the same letter and for when The new connection is establised for this computer to redirect the current so that the files are still available without any effort from me.

Is there anything in Win98 that allows this? Or is there some program that i can get to do this?

Run a netlogon script on the users profile.
should be
net use drive letter\computername\sharename
example: net use H:computer1\homefolder

Ok.. I figured out writing a bat file from what you told me. But I don't know how to go about writing a script file. I am guessing the script would run automatically?
If you could show me how to do this I would greatly a ppreciate it. Thanx
