Hello:
I have problem with my office LAN, I have 3COM 3C16980 Switch Hub 24-port with 19 PCs Connected at it with Windows XP Pro installed , and one Server Windows NT 4 Server Installed configured as Domain Controller, couple of weeks i have problem that the switch accidently freezed no progess light to indicate that network health is OK, but network still working (like transfering file and using internet) but with bad performance, what can cause this stuff of problem?

could be hareware settings issue. check the switch and xp nic settings.
