I have 2 Win 98 NT computers hooked into a hub and also a network printer connected to the hub. I can print to the network printer from one computer, but when I try from the other it won't let me. It comes up with an event viewer error saying that the other NT machine is the "Master Browser". What can I do to print to the network printer from both machines? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

The printer should be shared off one of the machines. Go to that machine and make sure it is shared on the network. Then from the PC that is not printing, browse to the pc that is working browse to the printer. Add it or connect to it or however 98 handles it.

I think the previous poster has misunderstood the question. The way I interpret the question, the printer is one with a network card installed, rather than being shared from one computer. Therefore both PCs on the network should be able to access the printer without further modification, and without any interaction from the other PC.
That said, I can't think of a specific solution to this problem. Check all the TCP/IP settings on the troublesome machine - check the working machine with 'ipconfig /all' from a command line. Also make sure the IP settings on the printer are configured OK - make sure it isn't looking for a DHCP server if you're using static IPs, and vice-versa.
