I have a DELL AIO 962, and am creating a home network. The dell connects via usb and has no ethernet port. As i would like to print fromm all pcs, i need the printer to be plugged in to the router(right?), is there such an adaptor that changes the wire from usb to ethernet so i can plug it into a router?

Thanks

NO, a printer plugs into a computer, not a router.

Plug the printer into one of the computers and share it. Each computer will then print through that computer.

Each of the other computers will have to add the printer through Start\Settings\Printers\Add Printer.

Note that to the others it is a "Network" printer, not a "Local" one.

No get a usb to ethernet print server , it's the easiest and you don't have to leave the one computer on all the time if want to print . Netgear makes one and I know a buddy of mine just bought it for $30 after rebate on comp USA. It's a little box that has a USB port and a ethernet port which plugs into your router and then you configure it thru your browser using the software they supply , works great have been running this for 6 months now without a problem .
