hello. I have a 2 computer network using crossover cable. i hooked up a printer to one of them, and make it a network printer. when the pc that has the printer attached prints, it prints fine. but when the pc that doesn't have the printer attached prints(using it as the network printer), it prints blank pages. i reinstalled the drivers, but problem not solved. both have win98 installed. they are on the correct port (LPT1), and i shared the printer and it shows in network neighborhood. any ideas?

Thr machine without the printer can't use lpt
port to print. You have to map a network drive
to print to the network printer. The path
should kind of look like--
\\pc1\printer
