Are you asking if you have a Netgear router? Turn it over.

You'll just need to reset the password in the router config. You'll need to plug into the router with a cable, then go to http://192.168.1.1 and log in. If you don't know this log in info, go to the netgear site and look for the manual for your particular router to find reset directions.

What do you mean "plug into the router?" I already plugged the laptop into the router?

Since you can't conenct wirelessly, you will need to connect with an ethernet cable until you set a new wireless password.
