Hi,
I have 2 Dell computers in my office. I have a dial up connection to the internet on both of them. I want to network them together. Since they both have an ethernet port and both have XP, can I just run a ethernet cable between them and run the network setup wizard? Or is this just wishful thinking on my part?

The only caveat is you would either have to use a switch or hub, or else use a crossover cable. Other than that, it should work.
