I'm trying to set up a network and on one of the computers there is no network neighborhood icon and the two machines will not "see" each other. Appreciate any help, thanks.

Is the NIC installed and working?
Is TCP/IP installed and configured?
Can you ping the NIC with IP address 127.0.0.1?
Are the PC names and workgroups names correct under the identification tab in Networking?
