Can anyone tell me hoe to install expert on Microsoft Network Monitor 3.3. hough i have downloaded expert several times, yet the program asks to download it? Is there any another easy program to Monitor after my LAN network. (i want to see which of the user is making heave downloads, usng torrent and etc.)

Setup IP monitoring on your Router. Not sure what router you are using but most support IP logging. Then you have to do a WHOIS on each address to see where it is that they are transferring files to. You could also put a NETSTAT job into a Windows Scheduler Event to send the current opened ports of the system to a log. You will have to filter through the logs by hand this way. Another option is to setup a Proxy Server between them and the Internet which will chase all the sites they have visited.
