hey,
this gonna bother me all night if I figure this one out. I'm trying to host my site internally(at home), everything works great, but when I go to another computer that is on the same network and try to access the web page, I get the "enter network password" screen, and I didn't set anything up to ask for logons. so where is the settings in IIS that will not give me that login window from antoher computer, because I can get to it at the pc that was hosting.

thanks.

Are you using router? Did you forward the port? Did the isp let you your port 80 out?

Do you firewall on?

no firewall no router, just a peer to peer network. I can shared files and do ftp and much more, just that I can't get into the web site. I know this happends before, but I just don't remember where it was that I change the setting, I want to believe that it was in IIS or the wwwroot folder itself.

thanks
