Specs: windows server 2003
There are 2 pc placed in a room with 5 port switch and in switch there are 3 wires . 1 is Backbone, 2 is for A pc and 3 is for B pc.
The B PC shown cross on the network and A PC working fines. when we swap the PC on each other place still B PC not shown connection while A pc is working fine at both places.

When we move B PC on some other location its working fine but still not pinging to the network. Other then pinging its browsing on the network copy deleting and all other operation is working by this.

I already reinstall the driver but pinging not performed by this PC. Pinging is allowed on the network level.

What do you mean by some other location? It it a work environment & you added a switch? If it is a work environment, is there a .local domain or a workgroup?

Ok, if I'm reading this have two PC's plugged into a switch and both have connectivity. One can be "seen" on the network by other computers (A) and the other PC (B) can't be "seen" on the network by other computers.

If this is correct, first check that B has the exact same workgroup name as all other computers on the network. Then, check to ensure it's built in firewall isn't preventing this. Chances are, it's the firewall stopping it from replying to pings.
