I need a piece of software that will simply test network collisions on a TCP/IP , NetBeui protocol network. I have found software that sniff's and tests all this other crap, but does not give a readout for the network collisions. If any one has input it is greatly appreciated.

Sir
please guide me regarding some questions
1.How can we know the level of traffic practically by using c or c++
2.what is the minimum level of traffic so that we can prevent the network collisions on the ethernet
3.Is there any solution to collision detection rather than resending the frame once again
please send some software solutions regarding the above mentioned questions
