I'm trying to create a ghost network boot disk with the SMC EZ CardBus-II 10/100 PC Card, so I can do imaging. But what happen is that I got a "could not establish connection with ghost TCP/IP slave 1633" message.I tried a different computer with a a built in NIC card and I don't have that message. I think its the SMC EZ card that wasn't set up correctly. Can some help me out. I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.
The config.sys setting is:
DEVICE=SMCOPEN.exe DEVICE=\net\protman.dos /I:\net DEVICE=\net\dis_pkt.dos DEVICE=\net\SMCEZ2.dos LASTDRIVE = Z
The autoexe.bat setting is:
@echo off SET TZ=GHO+05:00 prompt $p$g \net\netbind.com MOUSE.COM echo Loading... CD GHOST GHOST.EXE

Try downloading a network bootdisk from www.bootdisk.com and just add the ghost.exe to the disk after you've created it. Then once you're booted, just run ghost.
Or, if there isn't room on that floppy for ghost, put it on another and once booted, change disks to the ghost disk and run it.
