Hi,

Recently, I had reformatted my computer, but in my network connections tab, the only adapter I have running is the 1934 Connection that is not for internet. I have two onboard LAN slots on my motherboard that are not being detected. Before the reformat both of the onboard network adapters were listed. I read a article about checking if onboard NIC is enabled, but I can't find it in my BIOS.

Can someone show me where it is? OR is there another reason why the adapters aren't detected?

Regards,
Saterial

Since the NIC's were there before the reformat, they should still be enabled in BIOS unless someone disabled them.

In Device Manager, see if you have any unknown devices. You may need to load the drivers manually.

AMD Athlon X2 4800+
2GB RAM, X1900GT
2x37GB WD Raptors, RAID 1

The NIC's are enabled as I just checked, and I went into Device Manager and checked the "Other Devices" only one that has any relevance I believe is "Ethernet Controller" but it can't find the driver on my computer, and there's no internet to connect and find...

Did your computer/motherboard come with a CD. You will probably find the drivers there.

Otherwise downlaod and run Everest. . This will tell you exactly what kind of NICs you have and you then download the drivers.
