Do you have admin rights? Can you boot up into the default Administrator account? If so then simply change the password. If you are not the administrator then ask the administrator to change his password if you think other non-authorised staff are trying to access your machine. It probably isn't a good idea to try blocking the legitimate admin access to your machine.
