CPU/Ram: x86 family 6 model 8 step
Product: Dell Latitude CPx

I am wishing to network my Dell Latitude laptop and my HP desktop PC. I have a linksys wireless router. I need very basic instructions. I do have the high speed configured between both machines, I just do not understand how to access data from both machines.

Change the workgroup of both PCs to same workgroup and restart. You can see other PC in my network place. This is very basic instructions

I have renamed them both to the same workgroup,however still receive the message that the drive is not accessible.
