I would like to have one computer that can talk to both a windows workgroup (Call GCLAB) and my network server which is a domain. I have 2 NIC cards in the one computer and it is running XP Pro. I can not connect the computers in the workgroup to the server system because the are older and run specialized software and can not be upgraded.

What exactly do you mean by "talk to?" You'll need to be more specific.
