Hello, i'm having this problem. i have been using a hub in my network. this recent i replaced these hubs with a cisco switch. the problem is some computers could not connect to the internet (the icon show that the cable is disconnected) but it is connected, until i change link speed to 10 full duplex, then i can connect to the internet. what could be the problem? coz i cant enjoy the 100mbps of the switch.

Some cisco's have that problem. Might have to force both cisco and nic and be sure to use best quality cables.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
