Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about networking a machine running Windows 3.11 (on top of Dos 6.22) and a dual boot XP Pro/Red Hat Linux 9 system? Wired is fine, as they are very short distances apart.
Thanks,

Max

You'll need msclient for the 3.x computer as it has no built in networking technology unless it's it's Windows for Workgroups. Check the following site for detailed info on networking:

WINDOWS 3.11!!! havn't worked with that for years! Wasn't 3.11 windows for workgroups anyway? 3.1 was the non networked one? anyway TCP/IP was no problem but didn't it use NETBUI instead of NetBios?
