Have a small office network with cable broadband coming into the cable modem an then to a netgear fvs318 vpn router and then going to a computer with windows 2k on it. we've purchased the netgear prosafe vpn client software thinking that woiuld make it easier to connect. so far all attempts (and there have been many!) have failed. i have followed the examples in the literature as closely as i can but the log says that they connection is failing in the second phase of authentication. anyone have any ideas?
