NetBeui and TCP/IP

I'm running a small 2 computer network...both win2k...running thru a router to share cable modem...both have netbeui installed. I was wondering what is the best way to bind my protocols. Should I just bind file sharing to netbeui only? What are the advantages and disadvantages of netbeui?
So for all you network guys, I could use some networking advice=)...

Netbui is the faster protocols for very small network <10pc, however it is not routable over a Wan(internet) connection.
TCpip have more flexibility and stability for advanced networking needs.

Bind NetBeui to print and file sharing...this increases your security somewhat because NetBeui cannot be routed over a WAN...if you bind TCP/IP to print and file sharing, everything can be routed over the WAN...
