Comment:

I want to map a shared folder on the network using the Net Use Command
eg : \\server\users\testuser

but I don't want this folder to be availible to everybody, so I want to authenticate through the Net Use command,

But since I am talking about a workgroup(or different workgroups) and not a domain, the normal syntax of net use command does not work to send the username and password,

does anybody know a way to perform this in a no-domain environment?

There should be no reason you cannot use the net use command they way you want in a workgroup.

net use devicename \\server\share /user:username password
