If you are aware of the "net send" cability in cmd(command prompt), I have a question to ask if it. So if I have an important message to inform, so I don't have to bother typing in EVERY one of the cpunames of my co-workers... Is there any particular way for me to be able to net send ALL of the computers within my local LAN group with maybe one command line(i.e. net send ALLCPU blahblahblah)??? Thanks in advanced, I would definitely appreciate an answer.

Ok I found out how now, never mind. Incase someone did want to know, you type in cmd net send * blahblah. One more question, though, I understand when I send this, my cpu name/ip appears within the message...is there a way I can appear as some sort of an "anonymous"?? Or...immediatly change my internal ip address or cpu name, without administrative rights?

You're asking for trouble. You might fool the person you wish to harass at work, but you won't fool the administrator. They'll know who you are and things like this have cost others their jobs...not to mention criminal charges.
