I want to use "NET SEND ," in a batch file, but I want the text set as a variable within the batch file.

Can I do that? How??

Thanks.

well, im not sure what you're asking. If you wanna chat over your lan or whatever.

open note pad (or variables)

write exactly as you would on the blank note pad as if it were the command prompt.

then save the file with .bat at the end (e.g. hi friend.bat). The .bat is the extention of the batch files and goes directly to the command prompt

with that file you saved, you just need to open it then, vuala, the message was sent.

to make it like a messageing system you keep that program opened (the note pad) and just make a change, Ctrl+s then open the file and the new message is sent.
