Net Disconnection from Cisco ISDN Router

Hi.... I have a ISDN router series of 770.. which is used for my internet browsing purpose... i have static IPs configured with the router..and my LAN also.. The system was working fine... now i am not able to connet the router to the ISP.. I have dedicated Dial up Line of speed 64KBps and i allotted a seperate number for the ISP connetion .. if i dial the number from the router it initially dials, and within few second it disconnects automatically it says an error of "Destination out of order"... even i tried the same destination number with ISDN modem it connects perfectly and i can browse the net.. I dont know what is the problem.. the router is also working fine.. how to find out what is the problem exactly i am facing.. is the problem is with the router or with the ISP.. pls suggest to goahead.. "Destination out of order" means the destination router is offline or something is really screwed up on it. Call your ISP.

Hi.. Thanx for ur reply joe.. the thing is i can ping the remote routers ip address(ISP remote IP) with out any problem within the cisco IOS,, but i cannot browse.. or i cannot ping any other IP other than the remote IP(ISP IP) .. i called the ISp ppls they said they dont have any problem with their end.. i dont know really what was happening.. do u have any other idea abt that pls suggest me.. the troble shooting methods.. to come across the problem...
