Comment:
I have a Network Boot CD that I use for Ghost perposes. When I try to use it on the P100 it displays:
Error: Unable to locate the nic.
I am using the correct driver (e100b.dos) and the newest version. The disk works on my Toshiba A10 that has an identical net card. The two computers use the same equivelant XP driver.

Follow up: The error messgae is the same for my A75 when I use that driver (the A75s driver does not work with the P100). This leads me to believe it is in fact a driver issue and that perhaps intel does not have a new enough DOS driver for this system.

I have used that driver on a Bart's Network Boot Disk on a box with an Intel Pro 10/100 NIC. Worked just fine.
