Hi My neighbour has a Facebook account and also an MSN live.co.uk acccount. Somebody compromised her Poker account which is linked to her Facebook account and a million stole chips. She then changed her Facebook password but forgot her "new" password for Facebook and MSN live.co.uk, so when a reset code is displayed on Facebook, she cannot access her live.co.uk email to see the code in order to change her Facebook Password. She tried to change her MSN live.co.uk too many times and she has been locked out of MSN live.co.uk. Is there a solution to this problem, without phoning MSN or FACEBOOK? as the most important thing she wants back is her FACEBOOK account. If anyone can give a solution to resetting the live.co.uk password then please leave a reply. Obviously if she had asked me deal with the problem initially then it could have been solved easily. Thanks and look forward to your replies. Danny1234
