I am currently on my way to completing my MCSE and I'm about half way thru Server 2003. My problem is that on all the practice tests I take, the parts that deal with NTFS,share and effective permissions etc are kicking my ass. I'm looking for any advice somebody can give me on a 3rd party book or website that will help me get up to speed before taking my vendor, because the Microsoft book just ain't cutting it. Thanks in advance.

Keep in mind that although some employers stress the Certifications, most that I've dealt with are more interested in the ability of the employee to apply the knowledge in a real-world environment. So, make sure that once you pass that test, you can actually apply the knowledge in a practical way.
