Hello, I have XP -profesional. When my laptop boots, the tcp/ip connection takes a static IP. I want it to take IP automatically from my router, but everytime at boot, it goes back to static ip. How do I make it persisitent across reboots to stay on "obtain IP automatically"

Right click on my networks places and select properties. Right click on your wireless connection and select properties. scroll down to tcp/ip and double click on it. In the general tab, select obtain ip address automatically and under dns, select obtain dns automatically. Click ok to apply settings
