I connect my laptop to the existing LAN.Afterthat i found that WAN connection was slower down even no signal at all.But once i unplug my laptop, connection LAN/WAN becomes normal.
Do anyone have any ideas on how to solve it?

I've 1 router server and 10 PC's linked together.Router DHCP is Enable.

Was the laptop Network software configured to obtain its IP address Dynamically? If it was set to use a specific IP address, it might be crashing with another systems DCHP assigned IP address or even the routers IPs.

Is your laptop infected with a worm that's trying to replicate itself when it senses it is connected to a network?

Try connecting with a different network cable, like maybe one from one of the working workstations. Maybe the cable you are using has a short that's affecting the hub, not so much the WAN connection. Other than that, look for little green gremlins...
