Need for a right wireless radio for wan

Specs: Windows 7

Can anyone help me in getting rightful Wireless Radio Devices that can cover up to 10-15 Kilometers landscape be it established on Sea or dry land for a good and reliable wireless WAN communication.

No.
Wireless LAN is governed by regulations that limit the power of transmitters so that the effective range is measured in hundreds of feet not in thousands. You would need to subscribe to satellite ISP and run VLAN over internet to bridge the distances you have in mind.

Thanks I really appreciate your comment. But I know what I wanted to achieve and there are wireless radio technologies in place that one can use. What only need are company/device names.

This is a picture of what I wanted to achieve.

Is like there is base with broadband internet connection at a shore and there are ships like there working on the see and we want users in the moving ships to be enjoying internet from base at the shore. Meaning a wireless multi-access AP radio would be mounted and configured at the base and AP radio would be mounted and configured on all moving ships. Once wireless communication is established between radios others are simple.
