Please explain what problem it is you're having and then we may be able to help you. As it stands, we can't.
I suspect the device you mention is a "combination" device that is a modem, a router and a wireless access point all in one. If I'm correct, what is the exact issue you're having? The wireless doesn't work? You can't connect to the management interface?
