Specs: Windows XP
My goal is to have 55 totally isolated users that have access to Internet only. To achieve this, we already have 3 - Cisco SLM224G smart switches with a total of 55 tagged VLANs. Unfortunately, these switches have only tagged/untagged ports and no trunk ports. What relatively low cost dual WAN router will support 55 VLANs? Other alternative may be to use a layer 3 switch between a low cost router and smart switch, but configuration here may be very challenging. Please advise.

Router doesn't support vlans. Doesn't need to. You just assign all vlans to the port(s) that connect to the router.
