Solved Need advice on creating Arduino-based Web Server

Specs: Windows XP
i want to make arduino based web server. i am using DHCP based code in my controller. i have tikona broadband DHCP net connection. i want to know if i use dynamic IP then,will i have to port forward for new ip after restarting router?

Most routers do support dynamic dns like dyndns or no-ip aso., where dyndns do not offer free dynamic dns anymore, without registering and provide your full address and credit card numer.
Anyway, google for free dynamic dns services:

In the router settings, you simply have to port forward to the local ip address and local port.
