Need advice about DSL and VPN

I and going to get (4) static IP's from my ISP for my DSL connection. How would you use (4) static IP's with a DSL connection, if you have a small LAN (4-5 PC's) and want to experiment with VPN and IPSec with a remote laptop or PC. I plan on setting up a Linux DSL router/firewall that I want to setup VPN with. I am not sure how to use theses (4) static IP's in the way I just explained. I am looking for your opinion

You don't need 4 static IP addresses to setup a VPN with 4-5 computers, you only need one. First of all if your going to use Linux you need to get RedHat 7.3(my choice), FreeS/Wan just released the lastest RPM's for IPSec. You also need to know how to setup iptables or ipchains, you have to use one or the other to setup NATing , routing and firewalling.
To download the free RPM's for Redhat 7.3 www.freeswan.org or rpmfind.net and search for ipsec.

Brian: having public ip on each workstation is very helpful for videoconference, telephony and other peer-to-peer services used in offices.
However Chris, if you already have 4-5 computer... consider asking for a larger address block (at least 8 ip).
