im using a proxy to get my internet access, however, just like when i was behind a router, things like nbtstat, net view etc dont work
Is this just the way it works with proxies, or can i alter it. Im using wingate 5.2.3 by the way

After a disasterous beta launch, WinGate relaunched with all ports CLOSED to forwarding by default. You have to manually configure the ports you want open, including the net ports.
