We just bought a new wireless hp printer but we can't get it to install completely and it is driving me nuts. The printer is finding the router and is connecting to the internet, the same goes for any wireless pcs. They just won't communicate with each other. The installation disc/procedures goes to about halfway than jumps to the end and says cannot detect printer. Now I am trying to do all of the wirelessly and I haven't resorted to a usb cable yet because the printer did not come with one. My main question is; Is there a setting in the router that could be causing this? If so, Does anyone have any ideas? The router is a LevelOne 3405tx and seems to be working just fine. Oh and I have turned off firewalls and removed any passwords for the router, alas to no avail.
