|What kind of internet service do you have? ADSL?, Dialup? Satellite? Mobile broadband? Look over whatever service agreement you have entered and check on what it is you are paying for. If the provider is not living up to their end of the agreement then complain until they fix it or terminate the arrangement.|
There is a problem with another ISP offering mobile broadband at the moment. They lack the infrastructure to support the number of users they have signed up. At times their "broadband" runs slower than old dialup services.
