Comment:

I am working with my project manager on a project involving bandwith and broadband transmission. If I have 16 incoming tributaries that must be multiplexed into one outgoing channel for further transmission. Each contributing channel transmit 1000 frames per second, what should be the outgoing channel transfer rate if

1. Channels are multiplexed using synchronous TDM technique and how?
2. Channels are multiplexed using statistical TDM technique and how?

I have to report back to him but not really sure how to go about solving this?
