Hello,

A friend of my has a problem with a D-Link router connected to a ISDN modem.
He has 3 PC's who he wants to connect on this router.
When he plugs the first in, he has no problems with his IP-adress. From the moment on he plugs the second in, he has a problem with that IP-adress. It blocks the PC.
What can he do to prevent this bug ?
Please some advice.

Greets

i looked at the manual at the DLink website for the D704P router and it said that its a cable/dsl router not ISDN.

if hes using the router to network computers then is he manually assigning IPs or is he using DHCP with the router??
